CRESCENT CITY, Del Norte County — The Del Norte County Library District lists a six-day weekly schedule for its main Crescent City branch, and separate adult-literacy support for residents needing one-on-one assistance.
The library district’s official contact page identifies the main branch at 190 Price Mall, Crescent City, CA 95531, with phone number 707-464-9793. Its posted regular hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sunday is not listed as a regular opening day.
Adult learning is a separate service
The district also maintains Del Norte Reads at 1080 Mason Mall, Suite 9. Its listed office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., with drop-in tutoring hours on Monday evenings, 5:30–8 p.m. The program lists 707-238-2270 and dnreads@delnortecountylibrary.org. Readers should ask staff to verify eligibility and current tutoring availability.
Plan ahead
Residents with a long trip should check the district website for holiday changes, events and unusual closures. The general library hours are not the same as the tutoring office schedule, and neither implies that an unscheduled appointment will be available.
